Yesterday thanks to everyone who left encouraging comments and love to me. Love is all around! 💕
Today I brought my burpees outdoor. It’s actually quite a good full body high intensity interval training (hiit) to do variation of burpees. Raise Heart Rate, good cardio, and great after burn 🔥
I did:
▪️33 long jump burpees. (1 long jump, 1 burpee) I love long jump very much.
▪️10 push up burpees.
▪️20 box jump burpees. (I don’t have a sturdy table or chair at home, therefore park is the best choice)
▪️50 chest-to-ground burpees
This carpark is closed. Don’t worry I won’t do burpees in the middle of the road.😝
